What we collect
When you request a demo call from our AI agent, we collect the name and phone number you provide, along with your consent to receive that call. When you email us or book a diagnostic, we receive the contact details you choose to share.
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Plausible) to understand how the site is used. It does not track you across sites, does not use cookies, and does not collect personal information.
How we use it
We use your contact details to do exactly what you asked for: place the demo call, respond to your inquiry, or run your diagnostic. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or add you to marketing lists you did not ask to join.
Demo calls
The live demo call is placed through Retell AI, our voice infrastructure provider, which processes your phone number to connect the call. The call happens only after you confirm the number is yours and consent to an automated AI call. Demo call requests are rate-limited to prevent abuse.
Retention and security
We keep contact information only as long as needed to handle your request or maintain an ongoing business relationship. The site is built with a security-first architecture: strict transport security, a restrictive content security policy, and server-side handling of all sensitive credentials.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete or correct your information at any time. Email sales@endorithm.com and we will handle it promptly.
